WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY FIRST TREATMENT?
Prior to the treatment, you will receive an email or message to ask if there are any particular issues you may want to address. At the treatment, we will go through a consultation form and any range of movement and safety tests (remedial/sports massage) before agreeing on a catered treatment. Your massage will be focused on what we have discussed, taking into account biopsychosocial factors, general health and wellbeing.

30 minute back, neck, shoulder Swedish massage - £30
1 hour Swedish full body massage - £50
1 hour targeted deep tissue massage - £55
1 hour hot and cold stones massage - £55
1 hour 10 minute remedial/sport massage - £60
I AM PREGNANT, CAN I BOOK A MASSAGE?
I am not qualified in pregnancy massage, so unfortunately I cannot offer a massage to any mums to be. I can offer a relaxing massage post partum 12 weeks to any new mums and you can even bring bubs in with you!
I HAVE AN INJURY WHICH OCCURED TODAY, CAN I HAVE A MASSAGE?
When an injury occurs, it creates an inflammatory response. This is known as the acute condition. During this stage (normally 24 - 48 hours post injury) massage is contraindicated. I would recommend protecting and resting the injury, using ice (10-15 minutes at a time), compressing to reduce swelling and elevating the injury to reduce blood flow. Once the acute stage is over, I would always ask you to get permission from a gp before pursuing massage.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE A MASSAGE?
If you have an ongoing chronic condition, I would recommend a monthly massage to maintain range of movement, reduce muscle spasm and reduce pain.
HOW DO I PAY?
I have a Sum-up machine in clinic and you can also pay by cash or by bank transfer if needed. There is also an option to input your card number into Fresha to automatically be deposited post treatment. I can provide details at the end of the treatment.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes, I can make up vouchers for your loved ones. Just send me an email or WhatsApp with their details, what treatment you would like to buy and I can either email a digital file out to you or send out a printed voucher. These are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and I would ask you to let the recipient know to contact me direct to arrange booking.
